These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “You”, or “Your”) and Kisga Leasing and Finance Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “B4Salary”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing your access to and use of the Platform.
By accessing or using our Platform, You agree that You have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. General

B4Salary is a technology-based intermediary that facilitates access between Users and registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or financial institutions (“Lending Partners”) willing to offer financial products including but not limited to short-term loans, credit lines, etc. The final decision to offer or accept any financial product lies solely with the respective Lending Partner and User. B4Salary is not a financial institution, NBFC, bank, deposit-taking company, or investment service provider under applicable Indian laws.

2. Services

We offer the following services (“Services”):
- Facilitating loan access through partnered Lenders.
- Assisting Users in obtaining credit reports via authorized agents.
- Monitoring and updating such reports on receipt from agents.
- Analyzing User’s income and expenses (including SMS scraping and third-party integration).
- Enabling social features through connected social media accounts.
- Contacting Users regarding financial products upon their consent, even if the number is on Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.
All data collection, storage, processing, and sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of Users found to be ineligible.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, You expressly accept these Terms. B4Salary reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform post modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. User Account

Users must register and create an account to access the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. False, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in account termination.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. License and Platform Access

B4Salary grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Platform solely for availing Services.

8. Platform Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor the Platform and User accounts to ensure compliance with these Terms.

9. Service Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

B4Salary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold B4Salary harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

12. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content.

13. Disclaimers

B4Salary does not guarantee the acceptance or performance of any financial product.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
